A:Answer When you say "paid monthly version", I assume you are referring to Adobe CS Cloud. The monthly version has more features. This version has very adequate features for the average user. The big advantage is you only pay for this once and it is good for life. If you need a lot of bells and whistles, get the monthly paid subscription. Adobe CS Cloud and Adobe Photoshop Elements/Adobe Priemiere Elements are two different products.
