Word organic is not compatible with hydroponics. Seeds can be from organically grown plants. But hydroponics uses water and base elements, not soil with organic manure and compost. Soil is full of pests and disease. Hydroponics is inert and sterile. E coli is common in soil but very rare in hydroponics. Besides organic soil definition of organic not applying. Other aspects of organics can be applied to hydroponics: nonGMO organic seeds, no radiation used, no pesticides, etc..
