• Yes. The internal memory will store photos sent from the phone app. The frame can also play photos directly from a 32GB or smaller SD card or USB thumb drive. Be sure photos are in jpg format. Contact [email protected] for more tips on how to use the frame.

• Yes. You can have either one SD card or one USB drive inserted into the frame at any time along with your internal photos. The frame can play the .jpg photos from the card and also play photos from the internal storage. Photos should be in .jpg format and memory cards should be 32GB or smaller in FAT32 format.
