Yes, the connected cord works for USB-C for input and output electricity, making it chargeable on a flight if there is a connection like that. Only downside is the cord is very short, so if you need more length to reach the battery, I recommend connecting a cable instead, but this is also an option with this device if you don't want to use the attached cords.

You need a USB-C device that can input 12 volts into the power bank. The unit itself can power other devices while you're flying providing you charged it up before boarding.
