If you have the serial number (found in your Amazon order history) provided it to the police in case they recover it. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t have a direct way to track stolen Echos, but deregistering it ensures the thief can’t use it under your account. How to deregister your account; 1.) Open the Amazon Alexa app 2.) Go to Devices > Select your Echo (4th Gen) 3.) Scroll down until you see “Registered To: xxxx” Then tap “Deregister” This will ensure they won’t get any personal information out of your alexa, and use your account to get your data

Follow the steps below to do so; - Open the Alexa app on your phone/tablet - Tap "Devices" at the bottom - Select "Echo & Alexa" - Find and tap the Echo device you want to de-register - Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right corner - Scroll down and tap "De-register" - Confirm that you want to de-register the device After de-registering, the device will be removed from your Amazon account and reset to factory settings. Hope this helps, have a great day!
