Yes I bought in template for my grandson and granddaughter and they know how to watch movies in them and play games in them and I love this project very much

Hello Yazmin, the Amazon Fire 10 Kids does require a free Amazon Account to operate. The tablet itself will work in another country, however many of the games and apps will not function. Have a great day!
