• A:Answer Hello, The app store is an icon on the home page. It is white square with "apps" and a yellow amazon smile logo. Below it, it says "appstore". This is on the tablet when you turn on and set up. Google play is not available on the tablet, so you will not need to download anything from there.

• A:Answer Hello, Sunshine2001! You can download apps and games directly to the device, but you can add a micro SD card to the device to increase the storage. Some apps and games do not require WiFi, but others do. You could access the WiFi through a hot spot if you wish. I hope that helps!
