• It doesn t come preloaded with games , you will have to download them .The tablet can work without internet , it all depends on the apps you want to use without an internet connection

• Hello, Ronni! There are some apps and games that come pre-installed on the device. As far as whether you can use it offline, that would depend on each app. Some apps require the use of internet and others do not.
