• You can only download apps from Amazon app store. Check on their site if they have WWE app. I don't believe they do.

• Yes, I believe it can. WWE actually has a page on their site as well http://www.wwe.com/watch-wwe-network-on-amazon-fire-tv-kindle-fire-hd
