“Are there parental controls? I know this has been asked already but maybe refreshing the question will get some attention. I really need an answer. Can you put usage time limits? Are there any other parental controls?”

They're many parental controls, incl..separate parental password needed when any changes or purchases are being made, usage limits for each profile, and educational goals ( must be met before any games or movie viewing can take place) also a curfew time can be set and tablet shuts down at predetermined time And more, im still learning

You can even allow or block camera/photo feature. If you link all with Amazon.com you can access parental controls (password needed) from any of your kindle fires. If you have several children, each child can have their own password and icon to access the areas you have selected for them.
