• I could not get my outlook365 email to work this tablet even though it worked with my Android smartphone. The server ask for certain rights that I think this tablet is not able to do.

• Yes. Microsoft Office apps were available in the app store

• Honestly don't know. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my little cousin. Didn't try any applications such as email or other activities. My sole purpose for purchasing this tablet was to down load temple rush and other e rated games for him to play with.
