“What happend to other items should have received or already started w/o items purchased for christmas gifts and it came with the free virus scan for 6 months. Yet the virus scan started already and the items are not even here yet? also it gave free cloud storage but it never showed up in store. Anyone know what happened how to handle? I also dont know what cases to get as they were out and I see there are several versions. What version case do I need?”

With the virus scan you can choose many free virus apps just by going to apps and and then store on your kindle. Cloud storage you control in apps. If you chose to delete from your kindle will go into cloud. When you go to your apps on the screen it will show apps and clod. Tap on cloud there you can either put in back in your apps or permanently delete it. For cases there are a few to choose from on Amazon or you can Google and find other deals from other stores Your in a kindle fire hd 7 2015

U load from app store. U have to get a case that says it is compatible with the Amazon Fire 7, 2015. Get it on Amazon cause it's way cheaper than getting it at the store.

Best buy has them also. Can't tell you about cloud haven't used it. Fire 7 for cases. It shows you a pic on which one to order , just match yours to there's with pictures. Really easy to order. I always purchase the Zagg protector, it comes with a lifetime warranty, register it easily online. Buy your case based on the size of your tablet, I.e. 7". As far as cloud storage, I have never used an over abundance of it, I guess. My advice would be to as Geek Squad, at Best Buy.

Anti-virus is only activated at the point of purchase in store in a traditional shopping experience, but when you order online it is immediately activated because it can be used for 3 devices. For this reason it is made immediately downloadable.

Please try again later.As far as the free cloud storage, you get that when you are a member of Amazon.com, and you have registered your Kindle with an account you have at amazon.com. That is how you get the free cloud storage. As far as the cases, you can also go onto Amazon's website and see what cases would be good for the Kindle Fire 7 tablet. I got one that does not have the wake up/go to sleep feature that other cases would have for it. However, for this version of the Kindle Fire, there are NO cases that have that feature for this kindle version.
