Nope. This device doesn't run full Android, so no third party apps are available. It was the reason I returned the one I bought - Try the Lenovo Tab 2 A7, it works great for us and runs full Android!

Not sure about the app but yes you can trasfer all your books; all you have to do is sign in your account.

No, this Fire tablet is limited to downloading from the Amazon Store only, which does not include the Kobo app. The system is very proprietary to Amazon products. They control what is available in the store too much imho.

Nope, Kindle won't allow Kobo app because it is a competitor of Kindle.
