If there is no physical damage to the product then a perfect option is warranty claim.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried doing a hard reset by holding down the power button for about 20 seconds? If this doesn't work, and you are sure it has been charging properly, contact Amazon customer service. They were great when I had a problem with my Kindle Keyboard a couple of years ago. At least in the past, sometimes Amazon will send you a replacement and a prepaid shipping label to return the old one as long as it is within the warranty period.
