• Hi Africa, thank you for your question. Fire tablets work exclusively off of Wi-Fi for all data connectivity, and cellular/SIM is not an option. Hopefully this helps. Have a wonderful day!

• Yes the SIM card can be formatted as internal storage to download nearly unlimited games! Some games are Wi-Fi only but the kids enjoy other options when Wi-Fi is not available
