• Hi Audra! While YouTube Kids is not available on the Amazon App Store, you can access all of the great YouTube Kids content via the browser. Additionally, the Fire HD 8 Kids tablet comes with a free year of Amazon Kids+ which features a massive selection of curated Kids content, which you can filter by age range via the Parent Dashboard. • With parental control there isn’t much you can’t do

• No you can not. I ended up returning the device. You can go through the web to get on YouTube kids but you cannot download the actual app. It was such an inconvenience.
