“Would you recommend the seven or eight? My granddaughter is turning two.. Can I get 8 inch came with the kickstand case? I have read some reviews that said the older versions are better with better sound and easier display for the App Store”

GiGi, I purchased the Fire 7 Kids Edition two years ago for my then 2 & 3 year old daughters. Last month one tablet was replaced with the new HD Fire 8 Kids Edition and there is no comparison between the two. The newer HD Fire 8 is superior in every way possible. I did not think the additional 1" larger screen would be noticeable, but it is. The internal memory doubled from 16G to 32G. The processor is much faster. Picture is clearer. Best upgrade we have made. Super Dad
