• The HDMI cable for the signal is not short at all and a USB for A/C is very simple, nothing complicated

• no, just plug it in and plug into either the usb port on the tv , if it is powerfull enough. if not just use tge supplied power block.

• Hi Lin, The Fire TV Stick 4K plugs right into your TV's HDMI port and from there it does need to plug into an outlet close by. The cord does connect to the stick and would show without cable management. Hope that helps!
