First you are not telling much to know your problem. Second if you buy it from amazon you can call the or make them call you for troubleshooting as when you buy it from them it will come with your account already assemble making it more easy to start using the product, hope that help
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same problem. The next day I tried again and Unplugged the router and Modem like it says and try again. It’s great once you get it to work.
