“I have a new 2nd gen fire stick.The TV says no signal.Without a signal, The remote will not operate the fire stick. I tried all of the fix it solutions that I could find.Nothing works. I have a 1st generation stick/remote that works.”

• You need wi-fi my friend. Even hotspot from your phone will work, but WHATCH OUT it will suck them gigs of hotspot.

• Perhaps you have a faulty fire stick , also try to use a different power plug maybe from the gen 1 stick ,it should power on after a few seconds but unfortunately there is no indicator light to show you have power .
