• I had this problem and I called the Amazon folks. We had to switch the device from HDMI-1 to HDMI-2. Neither one of us could really understand why that worked, but I've since put all of my devices in the HDMI-2 port of my TVs. I recommend calling Amazon Support, that's their job.
