“If I have an out dated plasma smart tv a Panasonic can I still hook the fire stick up to it ? I got Internet and I wasn't able to get the Netflix . It said Netflix was no longer available on this device”

FIRE STICK took a little while to hook up even for our son who is computer savy, but once hooked up very satisfied.

I believe yes, as long as it has an HDMI input port. The fire stick itself has an inbuilt Netflix/Youtube/Prime apps which can be used irrespective of what TV it's attached to. I tried it in a Samsung 32" smart TV where Netflix was giving me error. I attached my Fire Stick and was able to open Netflix without any issues.
