QuestionI just bought a fire stick light. The fire tv logo flashes then all I have is a blank screen. I've held the home and play button. I've unplugged and replugged everything in but can't get beyond the black screen. Help please

- Answer If you just bought it and it is doing that already try plugging it into a different hdmi slot or a different tv.. another solution could be plugging it directly into the wall instead of a power strip.

- Answer I don't know the answer to such specific Sling 500 question. But why not? Sling is available, why its modification would not be? Just call to Sling TV and ask them to guide you through installation steps if needed.

- Answer There is an adapter that you can buy for about 14.99 that’s sold exactly for that, bestbuy probably has it and Amazon definitely has it it’s called an Amazon Ethernet adapter for fire tv devices. Hope that helps
