Hi DSDxp! While the Echo Show 21 isn't listed with VESA measurements, it appears customers online have had success with 100mm x 100mm mounts along with M4 screws. This was posted about the Show 15 in particular, but as the mounts are the same for the 21 and 15 this should work just fine for your purposes. The Show 21 also includes wall mounting hardware in the box, so for basic mounting you wouldn't need any additional hardware. I hope that helps, have a great rest of your day!
