What is the mile radius of this antenna? null

I think the specs say up to 70 miles. The fcc.org map shows my farthest station is about 35 miles away and I get great reception from all of my channels. I wrote that I get 28 channels, and I do get several more, but they are just some channels I don't care about and deleted them after running a scan on the TV.
