Live zip code 54452. Will this antenna ick up NBC? null

If NBC is broadcast within range this antenna will pick it up. Mine picks up NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, and a lot of other channels as clear as they were when I had cable.

The Clearstream 4 Max is a very strong antenna, but whether or not NBC comes in depends entirely on your exact location and the signal variables there.
