The average person can install this antenna without paying more for its installation. Then, it's a simple matter of turning or moving the antenna into the optimum position to find channels. Ours works best at a 40 degree angle to the wall but not invariably. We opted not to mount it on a wall or in the attic where our analog antenna is. We can actually turn it a different way to get Richmond rather than Salisbury or Baltimore channels. It's rather large, when used as rabbit ears, but we get a clear pictures and sound even during rain storms by moving the antennae. This antenna is one of the best products I ever purchased. We're women. My mother is 85, and I'm 65. A friend of mine assembled it for us.
