Hello stoneface2, this is Antennas Direct, the manufacturer of this antenna. Return policies and refunds are handled directly by Best Buy, the retailer where the product is purchased. We recommend reviewing Best Buy’s return policy or contacting their customer service to confirm eligibility before buying. Thank you!
