You can connect your Xbox to it. But you may not have sound. The website says that the monitor has speakers. But I have yet to get the speakers to work. Nor is there inside the menu and area for volume up or volume down controls. Also there is no 3.5 mm Jack out so I'm thinking that there is no speakers and that you can't connect speakers to this monitor so if you are looking to connect an Xbox look for external speakers

you could, I have. it'll def produce image, it may not however produce sound. I have my sound routed elsewhere, check the specs for internal speakers if this would be an issue to you
