“(Continued) If I plug my PS4 Slim into it does it deliver sound or do I have to buy a speaker for it? How about I plug a headset into the controller will I be able to hear both the game and people in game speaking or no”

Idk if you're still interested but I own an Xbox and use this monitor but it doesn't produce sound out of the monitor itself. I use a headset like I would normally do with a tv and get sound and in game chat

You need a separate speaker, the monitor has no speakers built in.

there are no speakers or speaker connection on this monitor. You'll have to connect a speaker or headphones to the PS4.

Since it is a monitor, there are no speakers built into it. You will need to get a speaker and you will hear both the game and people if you connect it to the controller

It does not have speakers built in. I am unsure about the controller setup but you may be able to.
