What is meant by Wi-Fi + unlocked null

Typically "unlocked" means it is network ready but is not tied to any particular phone system, e.g. AT&A, Verizon, etc. so you can use it with which every provider you want.

This unit has WiFi only. There is a version that has WiFi and cellular features. Some models with cellular features are locked to particular carriers and some are unlocked for use with any carrier.
