Does it include Wi-Fi and Cellular? null

The iPad I bought only comes with wifi if you want cellular then check with your phone company to see what plan you can get that allows using the iPad because AT&T was going to make me change plans to add the iPad so I decided wifi was enough You can always use your phones hotspot connection but that means carrying both units I use wifi without issue

No, this particular model is WiFi only. There is a different model that is WiFi + cellular. That model is more expensive than this one and requires a cellular plan.
