• I’m not sure, but I did it myself and it’s very easy. Just Google transferring data from old to new IPad.

• I don’t know, but you can do this yourself by backing up the iPad to iCloud or iTunes then when you turn on the new device select restore from back up when following the set up instructions. Apple makes it really easy
