Do these iPads have both WiFi and cellular? null

I just purchased the iPad Pro with Wi-Fi from Costco. I was quite dismayed to find out that this iPad Pro did not have cellular data capability included as a standard option. Therefore, I returned this and I’m looking for one that specifically states Wi-Fi and cellular capability. I was told that the model number is A2926. The cellular capability seems to add about $200 to the price.
