• Yes, it was designed to fast charge the iPhone 12 at the 20 watt power level (iPhone 11 and older only supported up to 18 watts power). This results in a slightly faster charge if your phone supports it compared with the usb-c 18 watt charger or the older usb-a 5 watt or 12 watt chargers.
