It will but very slow. Not worth charing your laptop with this accessory

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will, but at a much much slower rate than the brick that came with it. It’s not designed to pump out as much power as the larger MacBook bricks. It also doesn’t come with a cable, so you’ll need one of those already

If you have the model with USB-C and not Magsafe, it will work with a USB-C to USB-C cable which comes included with the MacBook Air. It will not work with the old magsafe macbook airs. However, it is recommended that you use at least a 45W charger instead of 20W, since a macbook air battery is way bigger than an iPhone, which this product was intended for.
