- Answer You have to purchase the right for both WiFi and phone. I just got the WiFi. So the listed price of the mini is a few hundred dollars more than advertised.

- Answer Yes, but you'll need an external GPS source. Only the iPads with cellular capability have an internal GPS receiver. Foreflight website has a list of compatible iPads.
