Please try again later.Hi fotoman, I do not use Photoshop Elements but believe you can upload and/or download edited photos using an SD Card Reader/Adapter that uses Lightning to SD Camera Card. Again, I do not use Photoshop Elements but suspect that you likely need to transfer a JPEG or RAW file format digital image back and forth and not a "third party" file format. In the past, I have uploaded and downloaded JPG and RAW files from a DSL camera to an iPad mini while on vacation. It was a great backup method. I don't see why you couldn't upload/download similar files after being edited by Photoshop Elements. I hope this answers your question.
