• I am unaware that any of my iPads could be used with a wireless mouse. Never heard of it.. Ask at Apple. They know FOR SURE. The pencil is something new for iPads.

• Not that I am aware of. Does use Apple pencil and is of couse is a touch screen. You might also xheck with Apple.
