• You have to get the cellular capability from the get go. Though I have found the if you also have an iPhone the hotspot setup is so easy and fast I'm glad I didn't waste the money and the monthly subscription to a service for the iPad. I've had the cellular devices and its not worth it unless you will need it frequently.
