“Can I get insurance for these is they were to be dropped and break? Apple doesn’t offer insurance for these. Was wondering if I could get insurance through BestBuy”

Geek Squad is not offered on Apple products. For any Apple products that do not have the option for AppleCare, the manufacturer warrenty is all that’s available.

No more insurance. They do have a one year warranty on defect

Yes, and Apple does have Apple Care that will cover then for any reason. My dog ate the right side one after my purchase and they did an exchange. Then two months later t the left side was dropped and accidentally stepped on. Again, a no charge exchange was done. If you don't get Apple Care then the BestBuy one will do the same

No insurance from best buy exists, it does have partial coverage for the battery under applecare+ if you have it on your iphone. Unsure if any other applecare's also cover the airpod accessory. Probably not.
