• Regular you have to plug in wireless you can sit it on a self charging device that works for it or compatible to it for example your phone you plug it for a charge or you buy a device to sit your phone on and it charges for you hope that helps.

• Wireless you can use the charging pad. Wired you use the regular lighting charging cable. I have the wires charging case. It’s all the same thing.
