• They are wireless headphones for iPhone just for music and hands free. I don't think there's any way to use for hearing aid

• No. They do not supplement hearing aids. They are just headphones without the cords. They are just for listening to music or talking over the phone :) If you have pre-existing hearing issues, I would not recommend since they sit so low into your ear.
