No, it does not come with a wireless charger for the wireless charging case.
The wireless charger case works with charging pads, but you can also plug a Lightning cable into it and charge it that way if you don’t have a wireless charging pad. Or you can save money and just buy the case that does not have wireless charging if you don’t intend to ever buy a charging pad.
A wireless charger is not included. You would need to purchase a wireless charger separately.

A wireless charger does not come with it. I charge them in the case with the thunderbolt USB cord.
The case is your charger and it charges with the standard lightning charger. You can monitor the charge in each AirPod as well as the remaining charge in the case.
No the AirPods just come with the AirPods and the lightning cable. If you don’t have a wireless charging pad/station then you’ll need to buy one
