Only if you purchase the lightning to 3.5mm adapter (around $10). With that adapter, these will work just fine on the iPhone 13 and any newer iPhones. Without the adapter, these will not work on the iPhone 13 due to Apple removing the 3.5mm jack on the iPhone.

No it does not have a lightning connector so it can’t be used with newer phones
