Yes. But be sure to get the right connector ear buds. I think the 10 generation iPad has a lightening connection port, if so buy the ear buds with that connecting end. If you have a 3.5 mm end plug you can buy an adapter to plug the 3.5 mm cable into a lightning adaptor cable.

I had to buy the USB-C to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter to use with these earpods on my ipad 10th generation.
