• There is lots of reasons a company would have this. Too many to count, but as an example: The company can have damaged boxes in shipments. They will mark entire cases to be sent off to be inspected/refurbished. They are often fine with some packaging scuffs. But they cant sell them as new anymore. So they are sold as refurbs.

• I ordered a pair right before Christmas and they arrived on time. You could tell they were refurbished though.
