I apologize i don’t know which generation, box and site state latest model. I would recommend getting a new pair. Refurbished warranty less than 30 days, also this is the 2nd pair that sound like I’m under water. I’ve purchased 6 AirPod in total,it’s truly a hit or miss when purchasing.
