Q: QuestionWhy can't I buy this? You can only buy it online and my transaction was canceled twice because of an unknown verification issue. There is no problem with my card and it will take several days before I'll get an answer.

• A:Answer If you purchased with PayPal, make sure your card is linked and verified on their end and that the card on file is up to date. You also have to select a feature that indicates how you prefer to shop online. As far as I can tell, BestBuy does not provided details around issues with PayPal. I had to investigate on my own. Your bank might also put a hold on items with vendors located in certain states with heightened online fraud concerns. You may want to check with your bank. I ended up canceling my first order. Upon confirmation of cancellation, I placed another order for the same product. It went through without issue. Be sure your product order is confirmed as cancelled first before you place a new one to avoid double billing.

• A:Answer I believe you will find a completely different experience due to the screen and the use of the IOS 11. The screen, although by measurement is only slightly larger, the way it is configured, makes the screen much larger by comparison. Performance is faster and I feel like I have made one of the best purchases for electronics in my career. I was hesitant to go this route and ditch the laptop but really I should have done so much earlier. Good luck if you decide to buy one and hope your luck is as good as mine.
