“If this is the latest model, according to Apple, it should support the Apple Pencil. Yet, other question/answers state otherwise. Which is it? Is this the latest model or not? If it is why are answers to questions only mentioning 3rd party stylus’s?”

• Apple pencil is supported on the iPod pro models. The 9.7 inch 2017 model does not support the Apple pencil but a new 2018 model just being released does.
